During your practical driving test, the examiner will ask you several "show me, tell me" questions. These questions will require you to describe or perform some of the actions that you would normally take to maintain your vehicle. This mock test (updated for 2023) contains the same types of ‘show me, tell me’ questions as are asked during the actual driving test. Each question here is multiple choice with four answers, a hint, and an explanation. The explanation will include other background information which may help you during the practical test. Take note that the answers in this test are written to be true and correct for most vehicles. However, not all vehicles are designed the same way; some may have buttons, levers, and reservoirs in different locations. You should make sure that you can answer the questions asked here for the car in which you will be tested.
