DVSA LGV/HGV Revision Test 16

5 out of 5 • 1 votes.
UK driving licence

Looking to drive a lorry commercially? You'll need to obtain an LGV licence (also called an HGV licence.) LGV stands for Large Goods Vehicle, and HGV stands for Heavy Goods Vehicle. Both terms mean the same thing, although there's some confusion in the trucking industry because many transport and logistics companies either use one or another or a combination of both terms when referring to truck driving jobs with a gross vehicle weight of over 7.5 tonnes.

Your first step toward your lorry licence is passing the LGV theory test. This practice test has been updated for December 2024 and contains 50 of the most recent LGV/HGV revision questions licenced from the DVSA: the people who create the theory test. This is the closest you'll get to the DVSA LGV theory test. We're a Crown Copyright holder with the DVSA (the people who set the tests), so you'll always get the latest DVSA revision questions for your LGV theory exam.
